I.  COMMENTS ON ARTICLES OTHER THAN THOSE SCHEDULED FOR THIS MEETING  -  The Board of County Commissioners held their first public hearing on the Articles listed below on the dates indicated.  The Board's second public hearing will be scheduled and advertised after all 12 articles are completed.  The Planning Commission also will conduct a final hearing on all 12 articles.

Art. 10:  Development Agreements  (Sept. 25, 2000)

Art. 11:  Development Review and Enforcement Boards  (Sept. 25, 2000)

II.  REVIEW OF ARTICLES  WITH PLANNING COMMISSION AND PUBLIC COMMENTS  -  The following Articles are still in production and staff hopes to distribute one or more of the Articles at this hearing:
