CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING:  PROPOSED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE

 

I.  COMMENTS ON ARTICLES OTHER THAN THOSE SCHEDULED FOR TONIGHT

The Board of County Commissioners held their first public hearing on the Articles listed below on the dates indicated.  The Board's second public hearing will be scheduled and advertised after all 12 articles are completed.  The Planning Commission also will conduct a final hearing on all 12 articles.

Art. 9:   Vesting Determinations, Nonconformities, and Variances (Dec. 6, 2000)

Art. 10:  Development Agreements  (Sept. 25, 2000)

Art. 11:  Development Review and Enforcement Boards  (Sept. 25, 2000)

The next PC hearing  is Jan. 10 @ 2:00 p.m.

Articles 2, 3, 7, and 12 are still in the production stage.
