Natural Resources and Recreation

 

1.  Protect the river

 

2.  More public/private partnerships with state park agencies and private entities

 

3.  Promote natural resources, parks and facilities that we have through a publicity campaign.

    (web site etc.)

 

Transportation and Infrastructure

 

1.  Resurfacing of paved roads; particularly C.R. 308B

 

2.  Widening of existing roads (existing 20ft to 24ft)

 

3.  Promote entrepreneurism – more restaurants and stores

 

 

Economic Development

 

1.   Increase focus on eco-heritage & water-related tourism to provide small business opportunities

 

2.      Develop proper zoning for rural enterprise zone
