Quality of Life

 

1.  Pave W. Tocoi Road.

 

2.   Combine emergency rescue and police sub-station at Fire Department.

 

3.   Need a new boat ramp with better access to river.

 

Natural Resources and Recreation

 

1.  Prevent Paper Mill from polluting the river.

 

2.  Riverboat dock in Bostwick.

 

3.  Clean up St. Johns and its tributaries.

 

Transportation and Infrastructure

 

1.  Pave W. Tocoi Road.

 

2.  Need a deceleration lane going north into Post Office.

 

3.  Pave roads.

 

Economic Development

 

1.  Paved roads.

 

2.      Marina and boat facilities needed.

 

3.      Spread tax evenly (fix Homestead Exemption).
