RESOLUTION
NO. 99-54
ADOPTING THE
PLAN EVALUATION AND
APPRAISAL REPORT
WHEREAS, Putnam County adopted a Local Government Comprehensive Plan pursuant to the State of Florida 1985 Planning Act, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the Putnam County Local Planning Agency has
held public hearings and workshops regarding the Evaluation and Appraisal
Report; and
WHEREAS, the Putnam County Local Planning Agency at
advertised public hearings held on August 27, 1998, took public input and
recommended approval of the Evaluation and Appraisal Report; and
WHEREAS, the Putnam County Board of County
Commissioners held workshops and hearings to receive public input on the
proposed Evaluation and Appraisal Report, including advertised public hearings
on June 22, 1999, June 29, 1999 and July 13, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Evaluation and Appraisal Report meets
all requirements of Chapter 163.3191, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 9J-5,
Florida Administrative Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Putnam County
Board of County Commissioners in their meeting assembled on July 13, 1999,
that:

above recitals are true and correct and by this reference are hereby
incorporated into and made an integral part of this resolution.

take effect immediately upon adoption.
