**Putnam County –FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (DRC)
If you have received damage and need assistance due to Hurricane Irma and have yet to register with FEMA, you have several options. You can apply for Individual Assistance (IA) online at www.disasterassistance.gov, you can call 1-800-621-3362 to apply over the phone or you can go to the Resource Center at the Putnam County Fairgrounds. The address is 118 Fairgrounds Rd. East Palatka from 8am – 8pm until further notice. Staff from FEMA and other agencies will be there to help you register, review your case and answer any questions you may have. You should bring you Social Security card and Information related to home owners insurance, damage you received, contact, and Direct Deposit - Financial Information. For citizens needing transportation to the center, you can call Ride Solutions to schedule transportation. The number is 386-325-9999.

American Red Cross will be doing disaster client assistance in Putnam County. For those who have not received assistance please call the American Red Cross at 904-358-8091 to receive information about the available disaster assistance which may include limited financial assistance as well as referrals to partner agencies for other available disaster assistance resources.
